Although the original intent of Councils was a focus on alcohol and substance abuse services, our offerings have evolved over the past 15 years to encompass a full circle of care when it comes to our clients. This website of the Cattaraugus County Heroin/Opioid Task Force seeks to bring together community resources and information that can help in the fight against heroin and opioid drugs in our county. The Cattaraugus County Heroin/Opioid Task Force was created in 2016 to combat the effects of the opioid epidemic in Cattaraugus County, NY. The Task Force is composed of agencies and individuals from across Cattaraugus County who have a shared interest in creating a community-wide coordinated response to the opioid epidemic and its impacts.
