Monroe County New York Government Addiction Services
Monroe County New York Government Addiction Services. The Monroe County Office of Mental Health oversees the Addiction system and provides funding to a number of community agencies for the provision of addiction services for individuals, families and the community. Services are available for adults and adolescents. Services include: Outpatient— For Substance use disorders, outpatient groups / individual sessions, outpatient rehabilitation. Inpatient—stabilization and rehabilitation. Residential—intensive residential, community residence and supportive living.

Monroe County New York Addiction Coordination Team. When an overdose happens in Monroe County, we respond. One of our IMPACT team members is there within 48 hours, offering compassion, support, resources and guidance to overdose survivors and their loved ones. We also conduct street outreach, offering life-saving supplies and creating human connections to help individuals find a path toward treatment for substance use disorder. We offer education and training at health fairs, businesses, organizations, schools and other locations throughout our community.
