Westchester County New York Addiction Rehabilitation Support Services. Over the years, RSS evolved to provide rehabilitation and recovery-oriented services aimed at addressing the needs of persons with co-conditions of both mental illness and substance abuse. Under contract with the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), we provide a men’s residential facility and have plans underway for two additional OASAS residences.

An evidenced-based program designed for substance abusing or substance dependent young people, to motivate a decision and commitment to change. It helps young people look at themselves, understand what it takes to give up a drug abusing lifestyle—and prepare for and attain success when they commit to making changes.
