Fulton County New York Government Mental Health & Addiction Resources. The Community Services Department Coordinates planning, management and oversight of the Mental Health, Chemical Dependency and Developmental Disabilities system of services for individuals in Fulton County so that these individuals can reach their full potential as productive members of Fulton County. This is done through the administration of funds from State and Federal Agencies; through contracts with local area, not-for-profit Agencies.

HFM Prevention Council Fulton County New York Addiction Services and Support. It is the mission of the Rob Constantine Recovery Community and Outreach Center to provide and promote peer-based recovery supports and services that empower individuals and families to lead healthy, joyful lives in sustained, long-term recovery. Our vision is ongoing recovery support and awareness for all. The Center facilitates the recovery of individuals and their families by providing a meeting location, support groups, social functions, and resources/referrals for area services. The Center also has Peer Engagement Specialists and a Family Support Navigator. The Specialists use their own experience with substance use disorder and recovery to be resources for individuals with substance use disorder. The Family Support Navigator utilizes their own family recovery expertise to engage with families who have a loved one with substance use disorder or have lost a loved one.
